Asking questions. It’s one of the biggest secrets for writing fast. Ask yourself some questions, then write out the answers.

• What does Janet want?
• What does she do for a living?
• Where does she breakup with her boyfriend?
• What’s the meanest thing she says to him?
• How do we know she’s angry about the breakup?
• Who asks her out next?
• What does she say?
